Pharmacy Volunteers assist patients in completing the Pharmaceutical Assistance Program (PAP) forms, taking forms to the physician’s offices for signatures, mailing/faxing forms to the pharmaceutical manufacturers, and assisting with re-ordering medications for the patients, and calling patients to let them know that their medication is available for pick up.
