Thank you to the friends and family of William Tulinsky for your generous donations.  We are truly sorry for the loss of such a wonderful citizen and champion for those without health insurance.

As friends, families, and neighbors of individuals who are without healthcare assistance, thank you for considering making a donation to the Chippewa Health Access Coalition (CHAC). We are a tax deductible, non-profit organization. Your donation will help support:

  • The CHAC Program which includes operational expenses, patients pharmaceuticals and direct service supplies.
  • The Volunteer Clinic which serves as the primary healthcare clinic for CHAC patients.
  • The Special Needs Fund which is a program for CHAC patients with funding needs for medical services not donated by CHAC.

We have three donor levels.  They are:

  • Supporter  $25.00 - $99.00.  A Supporter will receive our quarterly newsletter and annual reports.
  • Sponsor  $100.00 - $249.00.  A Sponsor will receive our quarterly newsletter and annual reports, and be recognized on our website as a Contributor.
  • Major Contributor  $250.00 +.  A Major Contributor will receive our quarterly newsletter and annual reports, be recognized on our website as a Major Contributor, and receive a Certificate of Appreciation.
