Directions, Map & Parking

From I-75 North, take Exit #394/Easterday Ave
Turn Left (West) on Easterday Ave – Go to the stop sign
Turn Right (North) on Eureka Street (becomes West Portage Ave)
Turn Right (East) Spruce Street
Turn Left onto Pine Street

Turn on to Arlington Street.  The office will be on the Right side of the Street

Parking:  You may park at the two designated CHAC spots in the War Memorial Hospital Billing Parking lot or at any of the metered spots along Spruce Street.  The parking lot West of the CHAC office is restricted to residents.
